Who's out There? Resources for the Field. This webinar, hosted by the National Healthy Marriage Resource Center (NHMRC), provided federally funded healthy marriage program grantees with an overview of some of the resources that are available to help them strengthen and refine their marriage education programs. Building Strong Marriages: A Tale of Two Extension Programs. This national Web conference, hosted by Children, Youth, and Families Education and Research Network (CYFERnet), provided parent and family life educators an overview of two Extension marriage education programs, Married and Loving It! and The Marriage Garden and how to apply these two curricula in their own work. Participants also learned about the forthcoming National Extension Relationship and Marriage Education Model and other resources available through NERMEN. Going Further: Community Planning for Healthy Couple and Marriage Education Programs and Support. This national Web conference, hosted by Iowa State University Extension helped family professionals better understand the connection between positive parenting and couple relationships and begin to build the case for supporting families in this critical area and explored strategies to bring community members together to plan for couple and marriage education programs and support. A lesson guide to bring community partners together around this topic was introduced. A recording of the presentation and link to the lesson guide is available. (May 2007)

Cultivating Healthy Relationships and Marriages: An On-line Training on Effective Programming. An online seminar hosted by Ohio State University Extension that provided participants with effective, research- and evidence-based strategies for developing, implementing, sustaining and evaluating healthy relationship and marriage education programs for diverse audiences. (April 2006)

The Impact of Couple and Marriage Relationships on Parenting and Child Outcomes. A satellite program hosted by Iowa State University Extension that explored program implications for working with unmarried parents who are considering marriage as an option and how the quality of married and unmarried couple relationships affect parenting quality, father involvement, and children's well-being. (December 2005)

Couple Relationships: Research and Extension Programming. An on-line seminar hosted by The Ohio State University Extension that provided participants with a better understanding of the factors influencing healthy, satisfying, and enduring couple relationships and ways to apply this information to programs and services intended to meet the needs of couples. (May 2002)

Couples Education: Relationships in Good Times and Bad. An interactive telephone training hosted by the Children, Youth, and Families Education and Research Network (CYFERnet) on couples education. (October 2001)

Marriage and Couples Education: An Overview of an Emerging Issue. A satellite broadcast to overview the latest research findings, look at marriage and couples education from a public policy perspective, and highlight a variety of models being implemented by Land-Grant Universities to meet the needs of couples. Video and resource packet now available on-line. (September 2000)
